3. Use of applications
You agree to use applications only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use an application in breach of applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, or compromise an application or supporting infrastructure;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse an application except where permitted by law;
- upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.
4. Accounts
Where an application requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through that account.
5. Availability
We may change, suspend, withdraw, or limit all or part of any application at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the applications, related content, branding, software, and design. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use an application for its intended purpose.
7. User content
If you submit content through an application, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and support the relevant service.
8. Third-party services
Applications may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms.
9. Disclaimers
Applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any application will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, and loss of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an application or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant application or service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 if you have paid nothing.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are breached, security is at risk, or a service is withdrawn.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an application after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another part of the United Kingdom gives you the right to rely on its local laws.
